Warranties
Our bikes are built with components from world class brands you can trust. We offer a 2-year warranty on the motor, carbon belt drive, internal gear hub and battery. We offer a 3-year warranty on the bike frame. If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the bike and either repair the problem or submit a warranty claim on your behalf to replace the part. Warranty is offered to the original owner of the product.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with your bike, you have 14 days from the delivery of your bike to return it to us and receive a full refund. The bike must be in its original condition to be eligible for return. If you change your mind after 14 days, please give us a call and we will try to work something out. To process your return you may contact us by phone at 403-302-3110 or by email at connect@tuffhillebikes.com.
Shipping & Delivery
When your bike is ready, we will notify you by email to arrange for pick up or free delivery within Calgary. If you live outside of Calgary, your bike will be shipped directly to your house or you can arrange to come pick up your bike in Calgary.
