TuffHill Ebikes Giveaway – Official Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Sponsor

The TuffHill Ebikes Giveaway (the "Contest") is sponsored by TuffHill Ebikes ("Sponsor").

​

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to:

  • Legal residents of Calgary, Alberta, Canada;

  • Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

​

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor may participate but are not eligible to win.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.

​

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on June 22, 2026 and ends on July 31, 2026 (the "Contest Period").

Entries received after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

​

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Contest by completing the official entry form and providing all required information during the Contest Period.

​

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor.

​

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

​

5. Prize Details

First Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

​

  • One (1) TuffHill Ebike

  • Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,400 CAD

​

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

​

Second Prize

All eligible participants who do not win the Grand Prize may receive:

​

  • $500 CAD off the purchase of a new TuffHill Ebike

​

There is no limit on the number of Second Prizes available. The discount:

​

  • Has no cash value;

  • Cannot be combined with other promotions unless authorized by the Sponsor;

  • Must be redeemed by [Redemption Date];

  • Applies only to the purchase of a new TuffHill Ebike.

​

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

​

The draw will take place on August 1st, 2026

​

The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided during entry.

​

7. Skill-Testing Question

To be declared the winner of the Grand Prize, the selected entrant must:

​

  • Correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor; and

  • Meet all eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

​

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

​

8. Winner Notification

If a selected entrant:

​

  • Cannot be contacted within seven (7) days;

  • Fails to respond within the specified timeframe;

  • Is found to be ineligible; or

  • Fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly,

  • ​

the Sponsor may select an alternate entrant.

​

9. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use the winner's name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, and statements regarding the Contest for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless TuffHill Ebikes and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

​

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for:

  • Administering the Contest;

  • Contacting entrants regarding Contest results;

  • Providing information about TuffHill Ebikes, products, services, and promotions, where consent has been provided.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

​

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

​

The Sponsor's decisions concerning all aspects of the Contest are final and binding.

​

Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
